Hello, I can see from your parcel tracking that Deutsche Post attempted to deliver your parcel today but you were not at home. Please organise for redelivery or collection to prevent the parcel being returned from Germany to us. Since Brexit, parcels must now clear customs in Germany which has added significantly to transit times. Please come back and amend your review once you have your jumper. Hello Molly I can see from your tracking that your order has now arrived. I hope you are happy with your purchase. We dispatched your parcel on the morning after you placed your order and it has been in the Royal Mail system since then (please see your tracking to view it's journey). Our review requests are sent our by a 3rd party company a set number of days after purchase. This means that they sometimes arrive before your parcel, but ensure it is ready for you to leave your review when the parcel is delivered.
