My first point of contact was Jack who was really helpful.
The whole process was very easy from the delivery to building the desk.
The quality was excellent and solid and in my opinion well worth the money.
Certainly not cheap and nasty.
Two days after I had built the desk I had two questions "what are the two metal bars and four plastic fittings for"? so I went on the chat thinking here we go again a Chat Bot but in under 2 minutes I was connected to Jack who answered the questions really clearly. In this day and age customer service is generally poor but not in this case.
What concerns a lot of people is whether or not the reviews are genuine well
this one is from a thoroughly satisfied customer.

The delivery was great. The quality of the furniture not so. Apart from the blemish which was expected, the key attachment to the sides was busted and the top was about 1cm above the end piece stays.
I have managed to put it together in a fashion but wouldn’t want to try and move it. The thing with stuff like this is returning it is a pain.

An incredible experience.
Start to finish these guys were outstanding. The quality of the furniture is very very high, if you're looking for quality furniture that looks exceptional with the customer service to go with then do not go anywhere else.

The best office furniture I've ever owned!
Love the new office setup. All delivered and installed within a week of purchase.
The team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Absolute pleasure and rare gem to find a company like this.
