I don’t normally leave reviews as I just forget once I’ve got the product like so many other people. But I have to leave one here for Pink Noise systems. I ordered some Sennheiser headphones and recieved them next day however the headphones had a fault. I called the store which they answered straight away and explained the issue. From the moment of that phone call to me getting my replacement headphones have been a pleasure. The staff are incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with my returns process. Other Companies can take a page from their book. To Harry and all your staff thank you for your time and effort in getting my issues resolved it is greatly appreciated. thanks again guys, John.

I bought a Line Audio condenser Mic recently and my only complaint is that the the plastic box it comes in was cracked when it arrived. Probably because it was in a jiffy bag rather than a box. Not the end of the world but definitely slightly annoying. Apart from that, good website and fairly swift ship.
