Made the most of the discount offered and ordered 4 pairs of support stockings. They arrived amazingly quickly (in a day or two). Best support stockings on the market. Pity I can’t get them on prescription although I was first given them by the hospital which is how I discovered Mediven. Initially just below the knee support stockings which the GP did give me more pairs of but when the hospital told me I needed full length stockings the GP prescribed a far inferior brand (because they are cheaper) which were useless so I am forced to buy my own. Thankfully Mediven offer frequent discounts. I would not hesitate to recommend Mediven and their support stockings.

No direct and quick answers if a problem - always waiting on the co.that promise everything in wining business and fails to live up to its promises. There will be only rebukes for their failures and no compensation to the stressed upset customer if something goes wrong.
Very long delivery times, currently I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks, when promised 10-14 days. No communications and difficulty in tracking where my order has got too

Poor communication - no email concerning received order, reason for long delivery (until I contacted you), date for delivery, wrong size of compression stockings too small. I struggled to get them on & had to cut them off with scissors.

Very slow delivery times, low uk stock.
Web site always lies saying Products in stock, but always a long delivery wait! Shipped in from Europe.
I’ve had to order items for years from medi uk and this issue never changes, I have spoken to customer services so many times about this, they say they’ll get it sorted, never happens.

Misleading information!
I ordered on Saturday, chose next day delivery for £5.99.
Order never arrived, then its Bank Holiday Monday. I called Tuesday, to be told that they don't open on a Saturday! How do I know that when ordering online? So in my opinion, I should receive the £5.99 delivery charge back!

Provide a quicker delivery as Amazon seem to provide. The order was wanted before I went on holiday. It was delivered after I left. The package was left outside and was soaking with the rain when I returned.

Get rid of all the really bad cheap sights. Make sure that you can unsubscribe all unwanted emails
