I had a difficut time at first looking through the basked/hampers premade and then decided to hand pick the items myself. Super easy at that point . I then made a mistake on my cousins last name - emailed and it was changed asap. I emailed and had some questions which were answered asap. I was grieving as I prepared the basket it was for my cousins husband, just a little something from Canada in honor or of my cousins death. It was excellent service and Willie was thrilled and a little chocked up that we sent it.
