Bought 2 small prints for around £20. Friend bought the same from Shein £3 for 3 and look exactly the same in a frame ! Overpriced !!

Print was adequate quality- colour, time, resolution etc. Price was okay. Delivery charge was more than it should have been, especially considering it took TWO WEEKS to arrive. Would not buy from them again and would certainly not recommend. Shame, as I’ve purchased several prints/frame from them in the past and enjoyed the experience. Not any longer.

Lovely prints pleased but delivery is far too long. Puts me off ordering from them again.

Really nice choice of prints. Slightly longer delivery time than I expected but I was kept up to date on expected delivery. Would use again.

The picture frames are good and delivered from the EU to the UK. Although the shipping is quite expensive I wanted to stick to Desenio as I have other frames that I wanted to ensure the new purchase matched. I’ve taken 1 star off as I was surprised how flexible the frame was once the backboard was removed. Perhaps for the larger frames you should issue a gentle “caution when handling”, as I didn’t notice this movement with the smaller frames.

Beautiful quality prints. Well packaged and delivered quickly and carefully. Slightly to small for the frames I have so have ordered mounts. 4 stars as I couldn’t order mounts from Desenio when I ordered my prints.

Item was packed well in robust cardboard. Easy to put picture in frame. Picture took quite a while to arrive though.

I have used this shop twice now and the service has been good both times. This time part of the order was wrong but it has been rectified very quickly.

Nice pictures but awful delivery service. Pictures were left out in the rain by Evri, despite me contacting the delivery company in advance. Recommend Desenio explore a different delivery provider

Delivered well package and the prints were as advertised. Black frames were a bit cheap and not fitted well in corners

I loved the print that I purchased but unfortunately when I collected it the package was dented and squashed so the print was creased so I had to try to flatten it down myself. Previous purchases have always arrived in a tube which is much better.

Have ordered from them before and always been fine. My last order took longer than expected and the order I recently placed hasn’t arrived at all! I have finally been told I will have a refund . Such a shame as their products are lovely but don’t trust them anymore sadly

Prints were really nice, and as shown on the website. The delivery time ( about 10 days) was ok considering the prints were coming from the EU. They were very well packaged. I’ve knocked one star off as I was expecting the frames to be of better quality considering the price. I would use them again, but next time without the frames.

I bought a poster for around £25 including postage. I should have known it was a red flag when I saw their choice courier was Evri. Anyway I went ahead and lo and behold the carboard box arrived, opened on all sides and was dirty inside. Weirdly for a poster shop, the poster did not arrive in a sealed cardboard tube rolled up (which has always been my experience of buying posters). Instead, inside the carboard box it was a folded piece of paper (and was dirty). The poster was not normal poster material but a thick card. Anyway it's no good because full of creases because it arrived folded and not rolled up. I have given Desenio two stars and not one because they kindly gave me a full refund but it's a shame because I really liked the poster and would have preferred this not to happen. I sadly won't buy from them in the future unless they take this feedback on board and use proper packaging and proper poster material in the future.
