Ordered from Desenio before and very happy with prints as they delivered flat in a well packaged box. This time they were loosely rolled into a cuboid box which was flattened in transit so my prints now have 3 crease marks all the way across which are still visible in the frame. Very disappointed this time and probably won’t order again

Great website. Plenty to choose from. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Really easy to assemble. Look much more expensive than they are. Will 100% use again Only minor improvement - every time you look at a different picture choice you have to re enter your filter preferences which is time consuming.

The Desenio Wooden picture frames are some of the best frames I’ve ordered. I like how they have upgraded the frames to make them more sturdy with the simple clips on the back. It would be nice to see frames with slightly thicker Perspex in the future though, to give the frame a more premium feel.

All the pictures and Frames are of a good quality and the deal at the moment is really good I think that the customer service is very helpful when it comes to the difference between CM and Inches is made clear. The canvas are also good. I would recommend DESENIO to all.

I had 2 prints made for my kids after we lost our beloved pet. They are absolutely beautiful. Such lovely quality. Would have liked to have known they frames came separately, only because I panicked slightly!

I initially bought the wrong print and they responded immediately to my email, cancelling the original order. When I re-ordered the prints arrived quickly and were excellent quality.

Have purchased a number of prints from Desenio and all have been superb. Am particularly pleased with their “Epoch” print. Delivery is always quick and prints are packaged securely.

One of the frames was chipped and the poster was bent at the corners. The online contact form also doesn't work so I was unable to submit my details for a refund.

This is the 3rd time I have shopped with desenio and I think its a really good company , am always changing my decor and don't bother to shop anywere else now.

Item was packed well and delivered on time however the print itself was really poor quality for the price. Had to order another one from a different supplier.

Says 3-6 business days, but doesn’t tell you it’s being shipped from outside of the UK, hence delays!
