Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Mixed opinions!

Love the posters- all came as expected however "Own photo" experience less than good... I ordered a photo of our wedding for £29.99 and I may as well have printed it out myself. Not even on nice photo paper and I thought it was a canvas for the extortionate price! Would not recommend that part of the service.

I am a regular customer with Desenio and recently purchased over £200 worth of prints snd Canvas’s. I wanted to return a canvas priced at £60, customer service is very slow, got back to me after six days to tell me if I’m issued a return label that £20 would be deducted from my refund. So I decided to keep it and 20% discount was offered instead.

I did not choose to pick-up option, but automatically applied, and could not change the delivery location. The planning poster did not describe how we use it. It seems written on the paper directory (so looks like special effect paper) but written on the acrylic board.

I bought a frame and print. The print although protected by cardboard was creased in the corner. I had hoped that since I purchased both Desenio would have placed the print in the frame. That would have avoided the crease.

Resolved my delivery issue satisfactorily

There was an issue with delivery but when I telephoned customer services, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I’ve therefore updated my review to four stars.

The packaging on frames needs to be improved, as I am now awaiting my 3rd picture frame due to them being damaged every time and smashed in the corners.
