The frames we bought with the prints were poor quality and coming away at the corners

I’ve ordered 2 prints, I have been waiting for a long time and after chasing it appears they have sent my print back and not updated or refunded me. I’ve been chasing all week so I’m down money and no prints.

I ordered a costumized print and it was very bad quality!!

Item was packed well and delivered on time however the print itself was really poor quality for the price. Had to order another one from a different supplier.

Pictures were terrible quality. Looked liked they had been printed out on an old home printer. Very disappointed.

Ordered from Desenio before and very happy with prints as they delivered flat in a well packaged box. This time they were loosely rolled into a cuboid box which was flattened in transit so my prints now have 3 crease marks all the way across which are still visible in the frame. Very disappointed this time and probably won’t order again

Have ordered from them before and always been fine. My last order took longer than expected and the order I recently placed hasn’t arrived at all! I have finally been told I will have a refund . Such a shame as their products are lovely but don’t trust them anymore sadly

I bought a poster for around £25 including postage. I should have known it was a red flag when I saw their choice courier was Evri. Anyway I went ahead and lo and behold the carboard box arrived, opened on all sides and was dirty inside. Weirdly for a poster shop, the poster did not arrive in a sealed cardboard tube rolled up (which has always been my experience of buying posters). Instead, inside the carboard box it was a folded piece of paper (and was dirty). The poster was not normal poster material but a thick card. Anyway it's no good because full of creases because it arrived folded and not rolled up. I have given Desenio two stars and not one because they kindly gave me a full refund but it's a shame because I really liked the poster and would have preferred this not to happen. I sadly won't buy from them in the future unless they take this feedback on board and use proper packaging and proper poster material in the future.

I ordered my prints two weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. No really update either. Considering to cancel my order.

I ordered a large order. Waited ages for it to arrive and then one item was missing. I am still waiting. I think the prints could be slightly better quality too for the price. It’s a shame.

Very slow to respond and unfortunately my latest order was not up to standard.
