I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

The returns process has been arduous and still not sorted. A £20 postage charge for 2 cushion covers seems extortionate. The cushion covers are a good design overall but the colour wasn’t what I wanted hence the reason for return.

I am a regular customer with Desenio and recently purchased over £200 worth of prints snd Canvas’s. I wanted to return a canvas priced at £60, customer service is very slow, got back to me after six days to tell me if I’m issued a return label that £20 would be deducted from my refund. So I decided to keep it and 20% discount was offered instead.

Still Not Happy But It Is What It Is

I didn't like that my initial query was answered off pat and that I had to request a follow up. Essentially I felt gaslighted. I liked that my queries were dealt with promptly. However, I don't feel satisfied with the response. My poster is faded and not as vibrant as shown on Desenio's site.

Not completely happy

Ordering and the delivery very good. Not too pleased with the quality of the print as the colours are not as vibrant as they seemed online and the oak frame also is much lighter. I think they were both overpriced.

Print quality wasn't as good as the pictures. The colours weren't as vivid and the ink on the paper wasn't solid, it was slightly patchy.

We placed a large order with you, but most of it didn't arrive, despite the delivery address being to an office, which is always manned, the quality of the frames are poor and your customer service is appalling. We are still missing most of the order, but no information has been forthcoming as to whether you will be sending it out again, or whether we can expect a refund. We will not be placing any more orders with Desenio in future.

I only received two out of 5 items and… no update on the others

I only received two out of 5 items and it's been more than a week and they haven't come back to me with tracking info of my order. If I had known that the other pieces would not be delivered on the same date or detached from the others I wouldn't have ordered them. Now the ordering system shows my stuff as delivered, wrote back to them couple of times, and all what they asked for was for patience.

Quality was like a standard printer. For £30 print (50x70cm) I expected a much better print. It came on what looked like standard paper and was not high res at all. I would have sent it back but made the mistake of not reading the terms before ordering. £10 fee for returning (not sure why) and you have to return it to Sweden. Wouldn’t order again.

Same print on Aliexpress

Delivery was quick and I anticipated it would take slightly longer as it was shipped from Germany. Communication was clear on delivery. However, I recently saw the same print which I purchased on AliExpress for a fraction of the price,which I wasn't happy about. Not sure how ethical this is.Messaged on IG but not had a reply yet.

Disappointing

I ordered two prints. One is ok but the second isn’t. It’s been misprinted. This should have been checked prior to delivery. I have contacted Desenio by email and their online form but have had no contact to resolve this issue. Their customer service is not taking phone calls.

The last 3 orders I have made have either came damaged or have had missing items. In total I have had 2 frames arrive damaged and 2 missing prints. One of which I have been waiting over a week for a response in order for the correct one to be posted out to me.

Poorly packed and delivered

The delivery took much longer than projected and the posters were poorly packed (see photo of them falling out before I even opened it). All of the corners were dog-eared/folded which will still show up as a crease even when framed. Very disappointing.

I ordered my print on 4th February, still waiting for my order 19th February & a response from Desenio about it. Why any company still uses Evri as a delivery service is mind blowing?! Paying £5.95 shipping I expect to receive my parcel swiftly.
