Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Print quality wasn't as good as the pictures. The colours weren't as vivid and the ink on the paper wasn't solid, it was slightly patchy.

Damaged frames, poor customer service

I ordered 5 prints and 5 frames. The arrival was delayed due to the original driver being unable to locate my complex; however, that is not Desenio's fault. Once the prints/frames did arrive, I noticed that two of the frames were damaged. I immediately contacted customer service that Monday (01/23) but did not hear back till Thursday(01/25). When I responded to the email with pictures displaying the damages I received a generic response rather than from the representative (Lennin) I assumed I was responding to. Now it is Monday 01/29 and I have still not received a resolution for my damaged frames. I will say the prints are absolutely gorgeous but I am very disappointed I haven't been able to hang them especially after spending over 300 pounds.

We placed a large order with you, but most of it didn't arrive, despite the delivery address being to an office, which is always manned, the quality of the frames are poor and your customer service is appalling. We are still missing most of the order, but no information has been forthcoming as to whether you will be sending it out again, or whether we can expect a refund. We will not be placing any more orders with Desenio in future.

Worst company and service - avoid.

Placed an order end of December 23, took two weeks to be sent out, then damaged in transit so no items received. Slow customer service, order resent and still waiting for the items to be delivered. On another order items were missing which I am still awaiting for. Very poor given I’ve spent over £300 with them. Try calling you get cut off after holding for ages, no urgency to resolve customer complaints.

I only received two out of 5 items and… no update on the others

I only received two out of 5 items and it's been more than a week and they haven't come back to me with tracking info of my order. If I had known that the other pieces would not be delivered on the same date or detached from the others I wouldn't have ordered them. Now the ordering system shows my stuff as delivered, wrote back to them couple of times, and all what they asked for was for patience.

Customer service is poor. My order never arrived & despite chasing iv eventually been offered a refund but am yet to receive it! Over £50. Iv been told my order got damaged in transit & that explained Evri tracker saying my order had been returned to sender!! The phones are not answered & live chat is off line!! Emails seem to be in a backlog!! I would like my money back please.

Disappointing

I ordered two prints. One is ok but the second isn’t. It’s been misprinted. This should have been checked prior to delivery. I have contacted Desenio by email and their online form but have had no contact to resolve this issue. Their customer service is not taking phone calls.

pictures arrived damaged, daughter sent 2 photos which says that is all you can put on. delivery box shows damage and they want more photos .i am 73 and have to rely on my daughter to do this,so i am just going to pay the postage to send it all back.Very disappointed.

The last 3 orders I have made have either came damaged or have had missing items. In total I have had 2 frames arrive damaged and 2 missing prints. One of which I have been waiting over a week for a response in order for the correct one to be posted out to me.

Poorly packed and delivered

The delivery took much longer than projected and the posters were poorly packed (see photo of them falling out before I even opened it). All of the corners were dog-eared/folded which will still show up as a crease even when framed. Very disappointing.

No contact after damaged parcel delivered

Frame ordered 12/1/24 Packaging and frame arrived damaged. No phone contact. No reply to my emails. No reply to 'robot chats' that give me a job number and state someone will be in touch. Unable to attach pictures to robot chat too.

They forgot to send the pictures then when they did send them the quality was terrible and they put a random quote on the picture saying Stockholm 2024! I’ve never been to Stockholm so why would I want that on my pictures

We never received our order and Desenio hasn't replied to any of my emails sent. Also their customer telephone line isn't operational. We are waiting for a new order to be made or to receive a full refund????
