The actual purchase was easy and straight forward, but that's where the good news ended. Firstly my purchase was held for security checking. After a very long wait and an email to customer services, my purchase was eventually approved and I received an email to let me know I could proceed. But I couldn't now my account, which was previously OK was blocked for "security reasons ". Another email to customer services wasn't answered until the following day. So my "instant download " took 2 days!

It took days to take the money before I could attempt to install them the instructions kept going back to Dutch making it impossible for me to follow them I would never use that company again

Hello Michael, Thank you for your feedback. We always do our best to assist our customers anyway we can. I completely agree answering you in Dutch is not correct and I will of course look into that. I do see we have replied to your request a few times (in ENglish) but never received and answer to our suggestions and help provided. We are always available to help and assist our customers. Additionally, we have checked your order and found that the activation code has not been used yet. You can activate the code through www.mcafee.com/activate As soon as the code has been activated you can download the software through your McAfee account. Please contact our support team at service@your.software so we can assist you further and resolve this issue.

Dear Mal, thank you for your review. Our license codes are valid for the countries that can be chosen on our website, so when you chose UK as country you can be assured that the code will work for that country. Outside the EU and UK codes can often be activated by using a (free) VPN solution. If you have trouble with the activation or installation, please let us know - we will do our utmost best to make you a happy customer!
