Great website I like the fact that you can choose just products or products on a model. Easy to order and arrived well packed and very quickly. I’m so pleased with my bras I’ve just ordered two more. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. I was once a 34B but breast feeding three babies and now the menopause I’m wrestling with my hormones and am now a 36D!!. I literally couldn’t bear to look in the mirror but the minimiser bra had been fantastic giving me the look I’m after. Don’t get me wrong there’s nothing wrong with being a 36D it just didn’t feel like me. I now love my shape and feel comfortable in my clothes. Another plus I’ve joined My Triumph for all the offers and free postage
My box was delivered by Evri. It had a large hole 4"x4" in the side so that the tissue paper surrounding the bras was visible. There was no note from Triumph showing an order summary in the box. Neither was there any Returns information relating to the address or how to make a return in the box. Neither did I receive a confirmation of my online order. I wrote an e-mail to state these facts. The reply was unsatisfactory and I still do not have a return address. Their telephone number goes dead when you phone it. (020 3544 0066). This is an international company, and their customer service is breath- takingly inadequate. Additionally, Their web site is very poor and needs to be redesigned. They need to update stock and sizes more frequently so as not to waste the time of customers. Evri was/is Hermes and is a very unsatisfactory way to send expensive underwear to customers. Send goods by any means but NOT Evri.
Package arrived with the end split open. The items a bra and knickers were stuffed at the back of the box and the tissue paper, still with sticker was loose at the front.
There was no note on the box to say it had been opened, no attempt to stick the end back down and I really do not like to think that my very nice looking underwear has been floating about in some warehouse.
I had a message from Evri to say a parcel was being delivered that day but no communication from Triumph. All in all not a very good experience.

A very handy pick up point
I used this pick up point for the first time and I had a very good experience. I'm glad this option to get my parcels delivered is available, because I'm rarely at home so home delivery is not convenient for me.
