Have had a few cases now from GoCustomized and always had great service, iPhone cases, iPad cases, Samsung cases, they make fantastic presents for people. All the cases have been brilliant quality with a spot on print. No complaints.

when I googled phone cases, they come up with a co.uk address, so assuming they were in the UK placed and order. 10 days went by and I had to chase them to find out where my order was, as I had no email with any updates. They are based in Amsterdam, and the usual 'oh we have been overloaded with orders' was the response! Customer support is really bad, and my case took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. all they have offered me is a 10% discount on my next order, but I won't be using them again, so the offer considering the inconvenience is poor.
