I am onto my 4th pair of Wolky Jewel sandals Olive green , White and 2nd pair in Black! I have large hallux valgus / bunions and painful flat feet but can walk miles in these beautifully crafted sandals , including extensively in northern India n three occasions . Also , I love the style and colours. For me as a pensioner these are expensive, but worth every penny . The online ordering group have been always most helpful , particularly with a recent complex order . Many thanks to them !

my first order seemed to have been missed for about almost 3 weeks until I contacted them when they stated my order was somehow missed. They did put it right eventually. I find returns a real pain I was told that the drop off shop would print the returns label ( I don't own a printer because I don't have much need for one). They said they didn't provide that service So I had to go to library to print label, them return to the shop. It's time consuming and makes me not want to order, as I don't want this jassle

Good website. Good follow up, when the ordered was ready to go. Only reason I did not give a 5 was that it seemed to take longer than I would have preferred to learn the status of my order after it was received. Great that deliver was free and the update about delivery was excellent. Shoes arrived right on time and are as hoped.

The shoes are so comfortable and beautifully made, although expensive they last for years. I deducted 1 star because they quote 15 days delivery, as they come from Holland, but it took 18 days before my shoes were despatched and another 6 before they arrived with me. I am happy now they have arrived and was unsure about 4 or 5 stars.

I was disappointed at the range - eg no men's walking shoes as they are good quality shoes recommended by my podiatrist

Love the comfort, really disappointed with the colour, described as purple but really dark blue. Luckily it's my second pair and the other pair is a lovely blue!! But did I want 2 blue pairs?????

Easy to order, and your detailed email of the order was very helpful. My only anxiety was with online ordering. I would have liked perhaps an interim email confirming the shoes were on their was. Also when I was tracking the shoes it told me they had been delivered when they hadn't!!!

Shoes are great if expensive but the process once an order is placed is frustratingly slow- she’s before you get de dispatch notice and then there’s the totally understandable delay owing to the challenges of shipping in a post brexit world.

I have liked and bought Wolky shoes/boots/sandals for several years the items are a great design for my problem feet and I can walk and have walked in several countries around the world and been very omfortable. I have not yet received my most recent buy - and this is the problem - if you have an outlet in Brighton why is there such a delay?

Ordered my sandals 3wks ago. Not delivered as they were coming from the Netherlands & were stopped at customs for incorrect paperwork. Have asked for a refund by email 2 days ago & so far have not been contacted at all by Wolky since the order was confirmed. Really disappointed & annoyed that no-one has bothered to let me know what is happening.

In the shipping information on our website you can read that we have a processing time of approximately 15 working days. https://www.wolky.co.uk/shipping-information/ You ordered on Thursday July 6 and the package was sent to the UK in a bulk shipment on July 14. And according to UPS, they will deliver the package to you on the 24th. That is today. All this within 15 working days. Kind regards, Team Wolky
