I am onto my 4th pair of Wolky Jewel sandals Olive green , White and 2nd pair in Black! I have large hallux valgus / bunions and painful flat feet but can walk miles in these beautifully crafted sandals , including extensively in northern India n three occasions . Also , I love the style and colours. For me as a pensioner these are expensive, but worth every penny . The online ordering group have been always most helpful , particularly with a recent complex order . Many thanks to them !
my first order seemed to have been missed for about almost 3 weeks until I contacted them when they stated my order was somehow missed. They did put it right eventually.
I find returns a real pain
I was told that the drop off shop would print the returns label ( I don't own a printer because I don't have much need for one). They said they didn't provide that service
So I had to go to library to print label, them return to the shop. It's time consuming and makes me not want to order, as I don't want this jassle
Money taken immediately, delivery far slower than suggested and no update
Wolky took my money immediately but it was 28 days before my shoes arrived. There was no update except unsatisfactory responses to my occasional emails. Despite this huge delay, there was no opportunity at any point for me to cancel the order.

Dear customer, thanks for your review. You have chosen the payment method during the ordering process. The debit is then made automatically. The day you wanted to cancel the order, it was already dispatched. KInd regards, wolkyshop.co.uk customer service

Delivery takes too long. Am not impressed by UPS either, the shoes do not arrive on the day indicated and are left at the front door.

Dear Customer, thanks for your review. We are sorry that the delivery took longer this time. Due to Brexit we do not send the orders directly to our customers, the delivery therefore takes a bit longer. We are thinking of switching to another provider than UPS in future. Good day Mr Noakes,
We regret your dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of your order . Unfortunately, we feel we cannot agree with this and hope that after our explanation, you will update your opinion on this.Uk orders are no longer shipped separately, due to the high shipping costs caused by the Brexit. Therefore, we are applying a processing time of approximately 15 days per order. This information is also listed in our webshop. You placed the order on May 3rd in the evening. Processing will then start with us the next working day. In your case, this was May 4th. On 17 May, DHL took the bulk shipment from our central warehouse in the Netherlands. On 18 May, there was a public holiday in the Netherlands and DHL did not work. Your order arrived in Cambridge on May 22nd and then UPS took over. You received the parcel from UPS the day after on the 23rd. This is a turnaround time of 13 working days, so within the time we indicated. Hopefully this gives more clarity. Kind regards, Wolkyshop.
