I have been a fan of Wolky shoes for many years and have purchased several pairs of boots and sandals and shoes. I have various issues with my feet and every pair has like putting on a pair of slippers. So comfortable and great quality. Delivery is a bit slow (15 days plus) but understand they are being despatched from abroad to the Uk. Had an issue with a previous order having wrong address on the label and had to physically track down my shoes. Otherwise an excellent service and quality shoes!

Unfortunately I have not yet received the shoes which I ordered on the 20th August 2024 & when I typed in the DHL tracking code, it wasn’t accepted . So I have no idea where they are . Also I have not received a shipping notification from UPS either. I’m not sure whether the 12 days shipping begins from date of order or when they leave your facility. !

Your order has arrived at our branch in the UK already and will be handed over to UPS very shortly. Dear Customer, thanks for your review. As you can see in our policies, delivery takes up to 15 days. You ordered 9 days ago, so we are well on time. Your order is out for delivery with UPS at the moment. You have received a notification from us with the tracking codes, as well as a notification from UPS, so you have been well informed. My order took nearly a month to arrive. Not the 15 days suggested. Had almost given up on my sandals arriving before I went on holiday. Sandals are fine as this is the fourth pair I have owned. Great for walking in. Comfortable straps that don't rub.

Took 26 days to arrive from order acknowledgment date. No communication until I contacted them after 16 days. Payment taken for something not actually in stock at the time. I was refunded £10 as an apology but that didn't make poor service okay.

I cannot wear your shoes anymore since you stopped the half numbers. This is very sad as Ive been a customer for about 8 years. Also, the shoes are not as comfortable as they used to be underfoot.
