I am onto my 4th pair of Wolky Jewel sandals Olive green , White and 2nd pair in Black! I have large hallux valgus / bunions and painful flat feet but can walk miles in these beautifully crafted sandals , including extensively in northern India n three occasions . Also , I love the style and colours. For me as a pensioner these are expensive, but worth every penny . The online ordering group have been always most helpful , particularly with a recent complex order . Many thanks to them !

my first order seemed to have been missed for about almost 3 weeks until I contacted them when they stated my order was somehow missed. They did put it right eventually. I find returns a real pain I was told that the drop off shop would print the returns label ( I don't own a printer because I don't have much need for one). They said they didn't provide that service So I had to go to library to print label, them return to the shop. It's time consuming and makes me not want to order, as I don't want this jassle

I cannot wear your shoes anymore since you stopped the half numbers. This is very sad as Ive been a customer for about 8 years. Also, the shoes are not as comfortable as they used to be underfoot.

Took 26 days to arrive from order acknowledgment date. No communication until I contacted them after 16 days. Payment taken for something not actually in stock at the time. I was refunded £10 as an apology but that didn't make poor service okay.

I have not received my order yet. Goods ordered on 9th June 23 and I was informed on 27th June that the shoes were not available and did I want to choose another colour, the order was changed and I had to wait another 12 days for delivery from 6th July 23. It is now 14th July and I am now waiting for UPS to provide delivery information. On-line stock needs to be improved the system should not allow you to place an order if there is no stock.

Ordered my sandals 3wks ago. Not delivered as they were coming from the Netherlands & were stopped at customs for incorrect paperwork. Have asked for a refund by email 2 days ago & so far have not been contacted at all by Wolky since the order was confirmed. Really disappointed & annoyed that no-one has bothered to let me know what is happening.

Money taken immediately, delivery far slower than suggested and no update

Wolky took my money immediately but it was 28 days before my shoes arrived. There was no update except unsatisfactory responses to my occasional emails. Despite this huge delay, there was no opportunity at any point for me to cancel the order.

I haven't yet received my shoes (18 days after I ordered them). I haven't even received a notification from the courier about when they will be delivered, although this is probably not Wolky's fault. So the shoes may (or may not) br brilliant but the delivery arrangements are not as good as I'd like.

The comfort of Wolky shoes has declined since I started buying them , about 7 years ago (you lost my original registration). I am disappointed that they no longer make half sizes. The most recent purchase, Ocean, arrived today and there was really shoddy workmanship - the side came unstuck!

Unacceptable delay....

My shoes were ordered on 25th May after several emails they eventually arrived on the 2nd July!! They were incorrectly addressed returned. Doubtful I will purchase another pair of Wolky which is a shame as I have a pair and I love them.

Shoes arrived 7 weeks after ordering. The toe shape is good. However, they are too heavy and the sole is very rigid. The strap rubs badly also. Returned.

Not every shoe is suitable, and taste naturally also has a big influence on the choice. Your order was dated 23 August and the order confirmation indicated that the expected delivery of the shoes was only from 25 September. this is why you had to wait for weeks. Due to Brexit we do not send the orders directly to our customers, the delivery therefore takes a bit longer. We are thinking of switching to another provider than UPS in future. Dear Wolky customer, Thank you for your review, but we do not fully understand why you gave us 1 star. In the shipping information on our website you can read that we have a processing time of approximately 15 working days. https://www.wolky.co.uk/shipping-information/ You ordered on Thursday July 6 and the package was sent to the UK in a bulk shipment on July 14. And according to UPS, they will deliver the package to you on the 24th. That is today. All this within 15 working days. Kind regards, Team Wolky

Good day Mr Noakes, We regret your dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of your order . Unfortunately, we feel we cannot agree with this and hope that after our explanation, you will update your opinion on this.Uk orders are no longer shipped separately, due to the high shipping costs caused by the Brexit. Therefore, we are applying a processing time of approximately 15 days per order. This information is also listed in our webshop. You placed the order on May 3rd in the evening. Processing will then start with us the next working day. In your case, this was May 4th. On 17 May, DHL took the bulk shipment from our central warehouse in the Netherlands. On 18 May, there was a public holiday in the Netherlands and DHL did not work. Your order arrived in Cambridge on May 22nd and then UPS took over. You received the parcel from UPS the day after on the 23rd. This is a turnaround time of 13 working days, so within the time we indicated. Hopefully this gives more clarity. Kind regards, Wolkyshop.
