Shipping was FAST, and I received the feeder much faster than I expected, which was awesome. The only thing I don't like about the feeder connect as opposed to the old feeder version is that it doesn't have the switch on the bottom to change the speed with which the feeder closes. I shouldn't have to buy the hub and use an app to get functionality that was on the old version using a switch. Thankfully, it hasn't been an issue with these cats, or I would have had to return it to get the old version. I wish the site would have been clear that there was that missing functionality.
Improve your customer service. It's VERY difficult to even speak to a person. I am a pet door vendor and my password didn't work and NOTHING I did got me the answers I needed.
The battery compartment on one side is very difficult to keep closed. It wants to pop back open. Overall the product is what I expected. I did not anticipate how afraid my cat would be once we started the training mode. This will be a slow process for us. My daughter has 3 of these feeders and loves them.

If you are willing to be patient with your kitty learning this is the best thing ever invented. It keeps eating from each other bowl at a minimum.training was easy. Just took a couple weeks I have 4 cats.

The sound in Step 1 training still scares my cat wish it plugged in. No way to tell battery level. Hoop too low; my tiny 7# cat barely fits. Wish you supported mesh networks.

Failed pet bowl and terrible customer service
I bought the sealed pet bowl and it failed within a month. I contacted customer and they were extremely slow to provide a solution. After 3 or so months in contact with them, I am waiting for my refund.

Poor customer service
Sometime between prior purchase a couple of years ago, SureFlap changed my account country from US to UK, and I couldn't change it back so that new order could get shipped to US address. Had to create a new account with US address to place order. Took multiple calls to SureFlap, and SureFlap made a promise to call me back at a given time. No SureFlap call back until 4.5 hours after promised time. SureFlap finally fixed their issue and changed account country back.
