We are sorry that your order did not go as planned. You placed your order and we shipped your order but it was sent back to us by the courier as they claim the package was too large. We notified you as soon as we were aware and your money was refunded. Kind regards, Team MHS Equestrian.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. Once the package reaches customs in the UK you will receive an email from Royal Mail to inform you of the delivery time. Once the package leaves our warehouse we rely on the delivery companies to keep you informed. It is stated on the track and trace that the package was shipped to the country of destination on 01-12-2021 and not that it has arrived.
