Brilliant website, lots of ideas and recipes. Great choice of products, I use the clear whey and all flavours are refreshing. You have to be patient with it as takes longer than stated to dissolve. Creatine is a bit gritty but not a major issue. The post workout drink will wake you up as a strong chilli reaction post drink but really great.

Yes, yes, yet another free sample of the Same vanilla protein, which I always click no to, as its far too sweet. No other samples are offered.
You are missing a trick Foodspring!!! Take a leaf out of Clarins book and offer tons of free samples so your customers try your other products then BUY THEM.
Some items have been out of stock for several months with no indication of when they may be available for purchase.
In addition, when I found and ordered three jars of one of the few protein creams still in stock, a package arrived with only TWO jars - one of which was broken!
Fortunately, a very helpful person on Foodspring's European website was able to assist and resolve my complaint.
Foodspring's products are excellent and delicious. Unfortunately, the UK end of things has some room for improvement.

Poor delivery system
The delivery system is pretty bad. My order delivery has already been rescheduled three times. I still haven't received what I bought, and it's been seven days since I bought it.

Good products - consistently out of stock
Good products, healthy and clean.
Rude customer service that doesn't go out of their way to help you.
Very annoying as often out of stock of my favourite products when I go to reorder, I then have to wait months until back in stock. This is a regular occurrence over the last 2 years.

My order was sent back as UPS was not provided the full address apparently. Placed the order again and UPS is saying delivery attempted today which is clearly a lie as we work from home and we are in right now. Never had these sort of issues before they started using UPS so completely disappointed and irritated in this occasion.
