Brilliant website, lots of ideas and recipes. Great choice of products, I use the clear whey and all flavours are refreshing. You have to be patient with it as takes longer than stated to dissolve. Creatine is a bit gritty but not a major issue. The post workout drink will wake you up as a strong chilli reaction post drink but really great.
Terrible customer service!. Haughty and uncaring.
The products are very good and that's why I'm a repeat customer. But with being a very regular and long term repeat customer I'm disappointed in the lack of variety of free samples.
Yes, yes, yet another free sample of the Same vanilla protein, which I always click no to, as its far too sweet. No other samples are offered.
You are missing a trick Foodspring!!! Take a leaf out of Clarins book and offer tons of free samples so your customers try your other products then BUY THEM.

Tasty and easy to consume
The taste and texture of the protein powers are really nice. This is important to me as I take it for breakfast and it needs to be palatable.

Poor delivery system
The delivery system is pretty bad. My order delivery has already been rescheduled three times. I still haven't received what I bought, and it's been seven days since I bought it.

Nice creams (if you can get them)!
All deliveries are well-packed and within the timescale stated. However, these days, many companies offer next-day delivery.
The most disappointing aspect is that some of the delicious creams have been out of stock for many months.

I have used Foodspring over the past 2 years or more and Delivery can sometimes be hit and miss as can availability of products. In fairness this seems to have improved over the past few months.

Prompt delivery but I was given protein brownies which are due to expire next month.
