Brilliant website, lots of ideas and recipes. Great choice of products, I use the clear whey and all flavours are refreshing. You have to be patient with it as takes longer than stated to dissolve. Creatine is a bit gritty but not a major issue. The post workout drink will wake you up as a strong chilli reaction post drink but really great.

Some items have been out of stock for several months with no indication of when they may be available for purchase. In addition, when I found and ordered three jars of one of the few protein creams still in stock, a package arrived with only TWO jars - one of which was broken! Fortunately, a very helpful person on Foodspring's European website was able to assist and resolve my complaint. Foodspring's products are excellent and delicious. Unfortunately, the UK end of things has some room for improvement.
