The service was extremely quick. But I asked for it to be delivered on the Monday after it was actually delivered. The delivery driver must have been at least 90 years old . He struggled to take materials from back of small van. He wouldn’t allow me in his van to help. So basically happy with your service. But delivery was like a sketch from a buster keaton film.
Just wish all suppliers were as quick . Well done. 👍👷🏻♂️

Need to answer the phone more often, so please employ more staff for call handling. Why i rated poor is mainly because of delivery issues and warehouse staff not allocating the goods according to order.

We do have times when we have very large volumes of phone calls ,we tend to spend up to an hour on the phone with some customers as they like to go though their Roofs projects at great depth.
We do ask customers to leave a message and we will come back to them ,but some customers choose not to .
Unfortunately a large paddle roller was missing but we sent another out straight away .
