Excellent rapid service, all items safely packed and in perfect condition.
I've tried some wines, cider and beer. I find the beers and cider the best substitutes. The wines could do with more description to allow comparison with ordinary wines - eg the sweetness rating on whites, tannin levels on red etc. Some are ok, but others rather like inferior grape juice. All a bit of a stab in the dark, I'd have been more selective with a bit more foreknowledge.
However, will try again soon.

It is almost undrinkable. Tastes like something medicinal or that goes in the bath. It should be sold as a food supplement or mood supplement not a drink. I have tried many of the non-alcoholic spirits and this is the first I have drunk that is not actually designed to be for pleasant drinking, its obviously aimed at people who are hanging on to the hope that a liquid will make them feel drunk without being alcohol.

Absolutely fantastic to discover so many good zero or low alcohol beers 🍺. All taste great so far and I have been impressed with the service received.

Dry drink are very good, great selection of beers and sensible priced. I had two issues hence knocking off a star. One was one case of my order was wrong but that was quickly sorted out with Drydrink over email and the other was with the delivery when both times the delivery driver didn’t knock on the door or leave it where the note said he had. This was the fault of DPD but drydrink use them so need to have words.

Great to self select from a good pool
Large selection of AF beers (although many are OOS at any one time). Web ordering allows selective filtering which cuts down the list making ordering easier. Great to be able to self-select a mixed case. Quick delivery. Would be nice to get a list of all of the beers ordered with the delivery so I could rate each and refer back in future. I enjoyed the AF adventure. Thanks

Great products and range. Speedy delivery.
Even my harder drinking friends enjoy the non alcoholic beers I choose.
Offers are a bit steep - you have to buy three cases to earn a bonus, and that takes some storing.
Pubs' range of non alcoholic beers is poor - can you work with them to improve things?

Excellent service and range of drinks. I'm a long term customer. I've struggled on my last couple of orders to apply my points (changes in website platform / format), which is my only gripe. Hope to see the return of some of my other favourite beers like Andechs wheat beer and Force Majeure.

About time there is more low alcohol wine choices
About time there is more lower alcohol wine choice rather than just zero or full fat alcohol!
Especially like the 9.5% wines. Anything under 5% is not for me but that’s a personal choice.
Great to have a few glasses of wine and still feel perky in the morning!

Items came quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the delivery was not so good. Package left on front door step in full view of main road. The delivery company said it was left in a safe place " in your porch". We don't have a porch.

Would like a better description of the style of mid alcohol wines, had a good chat with one of their advisers but if there had been tasting notes this would not have been necessary
