From first contacting MOOWY I got a quick reply from Michelle answering all of my questions and giving me great advice as to what to purchase. When I then contacted the UK site and put in my order, I received emails from Louis giving great detail of all the products and information I needed to deal with my job. I've never received that amount of help and support from any other company that I've dealt with before. I can't possibly say what you could do better as to improve the service you already give. I placed this order on the 17th May and still haven’t received my order. The service has been shocking, been trying to contact the team there and don’t hear for 2-3 days later. I get told that the order had been delivered, which I had already explained that I only received 1 box! Still waiting for the other 3. The driver even took a picture of the drop off! What more do I need to do to get the rest of my order. I have attached photos of the label and what I actually got. You can see from the label that this was 1 box!

Was extremely impressed with premium lawn seeds. Arrived quickly and good quality. Initial growth started within 3 days. The grass comes out soft, thick and beautiful bright green. Grew to 15cm in 3 weeks. There’s a few bald patches likely due to poor soil in those spots, so a few ‘lawn transplants’ seems to do the trick if you grow some extra patches in a flower bed. Photo is taken after exactly 3 weeks after first cut.

Second to none service!
I like the interest they take in their customers; their apparent sincere desire to help their customers improve their gardens with the correct use of their products. The follow-up advice and monthly newsletter educates and aides better understanding of the products they sell and how to get the best results from using them. Their products may not be the cheapest available but, couple with good instructional advice, they represent the best value for money.

Fantastic product with lots of instructions for newbies like myself, I will certainly look to use again in the future.
My only negative was the seed bag had opened slightly on delivery so I lost around 10% of seeds.

I love all the fantastic update e-mails telling us about lawn care & monthly ‘to do’ lists. Without Moowy we would never have identified that Leatherjackets were causing havoc in our lawn. Moowy provided great advice (without selling pitches.) of course there are fantastic products to buy for lawn care and we now buy all of our seed, fertiliser, lime etc from Moowy as we’ve tried it & it’s effective. Would highly recommend.

Terrible Delivery and shocking after service
