From first contacting MOOWY I got a quick reply from Michelle answering all of my questions and giving me great advice as to what to purchase. When I then contacted the UK site and put in my order, I received emails from Louis giving great detail of all the products and information I needed to deal with my job. I've never received that amount of help and support from any other company that I've dealt with before. I can't possibly say what you could do better as to improve the service you already give. I ordered 100 sq m of Vital Plus lawn fertiliser, I received 50sq m. I immediately sent 5 photos proving that I had received a half quantity. The following day I received an email from Michelle in customer support asking for an order number and an explanation of the problem, which I did immediately. Since then I have not heard anything even though I emailed them several times. They are a rogue company and I will not be using them again. Avoid at all costs.
