Ok...so this is my first order with TAMESON...I'm in the U.S. so...overall web experience is awesome...but I did have a small issue with ordering...I will assume all wrong on this...so I ordered a part with a threaded end...in the drop down "?" box next to the item it mentioned the "see thread table"...for a proper breakdown of how TAMESON measured items....but could not find such a table...long story short...wrong item ordered...but again...NOT Tameson fault...I did set in motion a return and all will be taken care of....
Will I order from Tameson again...probably...now I understand how some things work...sure do wish they are in the USA....they have EVERYTHING....and stuff I never knew existed....
So...what can they do better...well if you have a drop down dialog box to a table or some other info....please put a link to that area of interest....that's all...
