I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on.
One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Easy to send sample. Ordered a digital test. I printed out the label, placed it with my hair sample and posted. I had my results emailed to me within 7 days. I found it to be pretty accurate. As some of the allergies are what I'm already aware of. But it showed up some new ones too.
Got the test done at a new year discounted price. So was well worth it in my eyes.
I would recommend if you are inquisitive like me. As I said at a discounted price it wasn't to be missed. If Id had to pay full price I probably wouldn't have done it. But I'm glad I did.
I have some small changes to make to my diet..so time will tell if they make a difference.

Most of the food I thought I had an intolerance to showed up in the test and therefore confirmed my thoughts. There were however some surprise intolerances which make perfect sense now. Also I hadn't realised that a food intolerance could also cause itching which again now makes sense to me. I found the report to be very informative and I'm so pleased I took the test. I've started to cut certain foods out but to me more importantly the test showed where I am massively lacking in nutrients so I've also started adding a lot of different foods to my diet.

My mother in law has been suffering with a rash and itch all over her body for 7 months now in been a nightmare doctors tried loads of creams and blood test but would not do an allergy test we went to hospital no joy then to a community dermatitis no joy then found you on Internet sent hair sample came vsck gluten glowing red so change her diet and in 2 weeks things have changed she us a lot better skin is clearing abs scabs on her her skin have dried up thank you so much it was causing so much stress in the household

A few hitches. Firstly, I didn't receive the email with instructions on but that may have fallen into junk by mistake. However, customer service helped by sending another email. I tried to fill in the forms on my Samsung tablet BUT the box to insert d.o.b. was not good as I would have to have gone month by month back to 1950s! AGES ! I could not print the pdf supplied on the table as it would not open. Eventually printed off as many docs as I could on big computer but I had already submitted my number so the best doc was no longer available. I'm hoping that the references numbers, proof of payment and hair sample will be sufficient. By the by, It was very hard to find a small polythene bag for sample of hair, but I did my best!

The only problem was that email contacts kept going into my Junk email box so it took me a while to find them. The procedure was easy and just required a hair sample posted with a printed sheet which I had completed. The results came back after 7-10 days and I had a print out of food and household items which I might have shown some intolerance toward. This is helpful and confirms my own researches into digestive problems. It was quite a lot to read through.

I’m a bit blown away. I’ve got an under active thyroid and the test has picked that up. Very very impressed. Took two weeks to get results but I had everything tested. Very happy and will get it redone in a few weeks when I have made changes.

quick results, some are worth considering but overall not as reliable as blood tests
I received the report quite quickly. There are some items there that I was expecting but also some quite shocking things. I only perceive this report as some potentials for food sensitivity. Some levels did not match with results of my actual blood tests so there is that. If you take this with a grain of salt rather than fully relying on it, would be better.

An insightful report
I was very pleased to receive the comprehensive report. The problem I have is linking the sections of the report into possible causal and effect. I have high intolerances and high imbalances on certain things but it is not clear if they are connected to each other. It would be more helpful to know much more about what to avoid.

The results came back quickly ,we 3friends did together and we all got very different results , I was surprised to see I am sencative to red foods and colouring I sit a lot of red food and sweets .
It is a test worth doing sillily overlayed by mistake after reading but at least I read it first 🙄😂

They tell you what to avoid
They tell you if low in vitamins and other things, told me my T3 was out if sync which I’ve tried to tell docs for years, and also Gin was 98% sensitive to. I only found it at 60 and only drink that doesn’t make me sozzled. It’s because of Juniper.
