I loved the fact that the results guided real changes in my diet. And these changes helped me to solve long lasting health problems, like a chronic diarrhea. I received the results super quickly and they are easy to interpret. It was great to have insights about deficiencies and even metal intolerance (I have a lot of body piercings and it will definitely help in future purchases). It would help if there was a clear note that the list of items in the results are ONLY those items I am sensitive to, as at first sight it gave me the impression that I was intolerant to everything that was tested. Also, an initial email making it clear that well not receive anything in our address, we should just go ahead and send the hair to the address - I saw some customers complaining they never received their kits, so making it a bit clearer that there’s no kit to be received would help

I did my first sensitivity check one year ago, I took on board what it said and made a few changes, spent a fortune on supplements it suggested I was low on. One year on and I retook the test, and maybe due to my own lack of understanding everything had changed. A new set of vitamin deficiencies, different foods I am sensitive too and last time I had a sensitivity to budgerigar’s and this year I don’t but do to wasps 🤷🏻‍♀️ surely you are either sensitive to things or not, otherwise how are you ever meant to conquer these things. I get it’s just a hair strand test, and not overly priced but even so how can everything be different?

Very pleased with the results, I am feeling much better since I cut out dairy. The downside is I can’t view my results when I log in to my account, it’s saying no downloads available. I accidentally deleted the email they sent to me🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I like that for years I e tries to tell my doctors something ain’t right. With this test a few strands of hair and straight away a list of stuff that’s causing me problems. I’ve cut out all the things and am nowhere as bloated as before!!

I needed help when the patient info form wouldn't submit. Heather was very helpful. It could only have been improved by being a little quicker, but she explained each step and gave an idea of time. Very good customer service.

It was insightful to a degree. Weird list of food types seem to have been sequenced: Eel?! Did flag high intolerance to dairy which was good as it confirmed my suspicions and lead to removing it from my diet.

Email Log in Issues on new account.

1st Chat agent tried to email me email reset link, as I had not received Any Of Their Emails. 2nd chat agent had to reset account at their end & give me new log in. (maybe Optus is now a untrustworthy site)

The fact that you don't overcharge. Good on you. You could provide a list of the 600 substances you test because those of us with multiple sensitivities will be reacting to things you don't test for.

Extensive test, but there were gaps. It would be useful to know about allergies, as well as sensitivities. Also to know what items did not cause any sensitivity. It just seemed a little superficial.

Communicate with client earlier to say the test had been received. I live in Dublin and i had to send 3 messages to see if my sample had been received, this was over a period of nearly 2 weeks ????
