I've ordered many things for my baby. Everything is very well made, excellent materials, colours. I am beyond thrilled. From the order date to delivery it took 2,5 weeks. I've received an email of apology that my order will be a bit late. It all came in a box, all packed separately, very nicely. I also got an extra package with two tetra diapers and one nest mattress. I am very satisfied and will be ordering more surely.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and it isn't until around a week after I've ordered that I get an email to say there are delays in delivering the item. This has happened twice now. I ordered my second item around a week and half ago and it's only just been shipped. Unfortunately, both items have been gifts. If you order for a gift, I'd make sure you order well in advance. My friend had said that her gift was soft and good quality and was really pleased with it. Not sure I'd order from here again though.

Ordered on the 28th of April - still no sign

I ordered a baby pod nearly 2 weeks ago, still no sign of delivery or updates from the tracking number given. Very poor service considering I paid £6.99 for delivery… you are literally based in Europe, shouldn’t take more than a week to deliver. Disappointed, will not order again.

Very poor quality of bumper protector for bed. I have ordered one and came with two stains on it. Looked like was used already, not fresh and very bad in aesthetic sense. Never again will them.

2 weeks still no sign of delivery

It's almost 2 weeks now I've still not received my order. I paid £6.99 for delivery which is ridiculous especially if I am waiting so long for the item to arrive.

Print wasn’t lined up at all, really ruins the item. Contacted Jukki, they responded quickly, asked for another cover to be sent but they said the next one could be the same so just a warning to anyone who is ordering covers that they may not line. Recieved £5 of the purchase because of the design layout fault

Nice design,quite good quality - not strong back support - not removable cover Would prefer some clips instead of string to tighten and harder base for babys back. Overall good product

Worst experience I have ever had ordering online

Delivery took longer than expected, cindy from costumer service was rude and very not helpful, I had to pay for the return and waste more time fillimg up a return form, Terrible experience and I will never ever buy from you again. I'm still waiting for my refund. You have a lot of work to do to improve yourself and there are too many better options. Definitely the first and last time I order anything from you.

I ordered my products nearly three weeks ago and only received one email to say it was going to be delayed the following week and then the invoice came through a few days ago and had only just been processed even though the payment came out the day after I placed the order
