I've ordered many things for my baby. Everything is very well made, excellent materials, colours. I am beyond thrilled. From the order date to delivery it took 2,5 weeks. I've received an email of apology that my order will be a bit late. It all came in a box, all packed separately, very nicely. I also got an extra package with two tetra diapers and one nest mattress. I am very satisfied and will be ordering more surely.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and it isn't until around a week after I've ordered that I get an email to say there are delays in delivering the item. This has happened twice now. I ordered my second item around a week and half ago and it's only just been shipped. Unfortunately, both items have been gifts. If you order for a gift, I'd make sure you order well in advance. My friend had said that her gift was soft and good quality and was really pleased with it. Not sure I'd order from here again though.

Missing items Just arrived half of my order, and on the 6th , I emailed them asking why just half of my order was invoiced and sent tracking. It was confirmed that 2 packages would arrive by post because of duty customs and was not to worry about. Today arrived only one parcel as predicted. Could you please reply to my email with the tracking of the second package, as I've ordered these products more than 2 weeks ago. Thank you!

Delay in Delivery

Ordered a baby nest cocoon comfort with expected delivery 5-7 business days. I ordered this on the 23rd August and I have still not had an email to confirm this has been dispatched. I emailed customer care who very promptly replied and advised there is a delay with orders, however this needs to be shown on the website as my due date is fast approaching and I would not have ordered this if I knew it would take this long.

Baby nest

I placed an order on 7-8-23 to be delivered within 4-7days, it is now the 21st of August and I have not received my order yet. Apart from one email to say my order will be delayed by several more business days I have heard nothing from Jukki so far. Very disappointed and would have given 0 stars if possible and most likely not recommend to friends and family

The baby best is not portable and we cannot take with us when we travel - it is advertised as being travel compliant but this is not the case. When I contacted customer services there was no commitment to help just a terse message stating to return the baby nest. Unhelpful and unfriendly - will not use again as it is certainly not value for money.

Terrible quality, do not buy!

I expected for this cushion to last for more than a week after buying it. It does not withstand putting it in the washing machine, which is a necessity for baby products for obvious reasons. After one wash, the seams ripped apart and the stuffing started falling out. How anyone is meant to keep this clean baffles me!

Thank you very much for your review. The nest was taken out of the washing machine incorrectly after washing, we tested this ourselves and it is not a manufacturing defect, it must be taken out of the washing machine carefully when it is wet, otherwise it will tear as it happened to you:(

My parcel never got delivered went to Chester snd got sent back to Birmingham I was very disappointed I asked for a refund buts it’s not the point as I wanted this for my soon! And they didn’t even try to deliver ether apparently you never put an electronic adress on royal mail said that’s why if never got to me

Thank you for your opinion. We shipped your order 24.05 from our warehouse in Poland. The delivery is not in our hands but in the hands of the courier company. They didn't delivered it and send it back to us, the refund is done 01.06 to your bank account. We are sorry you are not satisfied but unfortunately it is not our fault that the package was not delivered.

My order is late and I didn't get any specific information on when I will receive it. When I asked for more details, the company said they will send it urgently. That was 4 days ago and I still haven't received the goods. Checked with the courier, they haven't received the package yet. Very disappointed.

Not received order

I have submitted 2 orders and the later order arrived very promptly. I am still yet to receive the bulk of my order which was over £100 worth of products. The 2 products we have received are fabulous, but the disappointment is with the missing orders. Please can this be rectified ASAP?

Charges £10 for standard delivery of a nursing pillow cover and this is hidden from you at checkout and only realised after I had submitted payment. Needs to be clearer at checkout the you are being charged an abnormally large amount to deliver a very light item and not even quickly
