There is variety of offers with affordable prices (Thank you for that), but I am not satisfied with delivery. My order is still in process of shipping, and it's been 7 days since order was placed. It was stated that if the order was placed until certain hour, it would be delivered the same day. I knew it wasn't possible, because it was Sunday, but I was expecting it within 3-5 working days. Also, it was nowhere stated that the products are coming from foreign country. I would suggest that, since you have your site available in various countries and it's localized, just to put a note that the products are coming from central warehouse, so we do not think that it's scam if we do not receive the order within mention period. It was not made clear from the start that the company is based in the Netherlands. The website is called lampandlight UK, which suggests it is a UK business. The website also made no mention of the order coming from Holland first and only then being delivered by Yodel, so until my order reached the UK, there was zero tracking. Also, the photo of the lampshades I ordered was NOT representative of the colour of them in reality. I ordered light brown shades and in reality they are dark beige. I feel totally cheated and what is more, any returns must be sent to Holland and £4.50 is deducted from any refund. Lampandlight UK are a deceptive company and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Item arrived, scratches and streaks on coating
Item arrived on time, well sealed and packaged in polystyrene, was expecting the item to be in good conditions, however the coating on the lamp is scratched and the uneven coating on the glass reveals dark bush strokes-like marks. Too bad because the item is very nice looking, item was discounted so i guess you get what you pay for.

Nice Lamp but tricky to assemble.
Lamp is quite elegant and effective for its purpose.
However, the lamp was very fiddly to assemble [internet reviews have said similar] and the glass cover broke during assembly. Some parts remain only partially secure.

More information on it only has a 2 pin plug on it and you have to fit the adapter 3 pin plug on it which is not easy once you worked out how it went
And the shade could off been a bit larger as it’s tall lamp

It was not made clear from the start that the company is based in the Netherlands. The website is called lampandlight UK, which suggests it is a UK business. The website also made no mention of the order coming from Holland first and only then being delivered by Yodel, so until my order reached the UK, there was zero tracking. Lack of communication and care
I received an email informing me my package would be delivered on the 18th or 19th. As the property it's getting delivered to is empty it's important I know the dates. My husband went to the house today to await the delivery but found it wedged next to bush in front of the house. I checked the tracking and found that it had been delivered on the 16th and I had not been informed. This means my package was out all night and could have water damage as it rained last night. I would not have minded receiving it early if I had been informed.

Cover Plates - Too Thin
I ordered some cover plates for covering very large downlight holes when wanting to install spotlights. They looked great on the website, but they’re actually only 1 or 2 millimetres thick, and so warp when you go to screw up your downlight if the hole is quite large. I’ll now need to replace them or fashion some spacers for the holes. If they were 5mm thick or so, I think they’d do the job well. They also arrived with packaging stickers stuck to them, which I had to remove residue of with WD40.

Lampaisvetlo is a deceiving and fraud online shop!! There is no mention that the goods are arriving from Netherlands and that they are subject to customs and customs clearing which is the extra cost that customer needs to pay. Unfortunatley this is a typical deceiving the shopper and actual cost of the item is not the one that is shown online! Watch out for this online shop! I will put this fraud on all possible websites that I'm aware of and believe this will have to stop!

Order was market as dispatched but never sent
Order was market as dispatched, given a invoice and money taken from my account. Yet 5 days later courier still said they were waiting for the sender to drop the parcel. Had to call and ask for a full refund and was told that they will raise a credit note after a few days and then process my refund “any pay you what’s due”… did not sound like a full refund and I am still waiting for confirmation of a refund being requested two days ago.
