I ordered a pair of Rev It mesh motorcycle pants but unfortunately the sizing was a bit out and they didn't fit. Ghost Bikes were very helpful arranging a free return label for me whilst I reordered another pair from a different brand. These arrived the very next day and they fitted perfectly. That's what I call good customer service.
GOOD -The item arrived safe and sound and on time so nothing to improve there.
IMPROVE - Maybe consider better packaging, the item I purchased was a curved Motorcycle Helmet Visor, it arrived in a jiffy bag, It was undamaged but the potential was there to have been.
