What a great company - excellent service and communications. Because the lamps I'd ordered were slightly different to those pictured on their website and the last they had in stock, they sent me details of the lamps they had prior to sending to check they suited my requirements - which they did. They were carefully packaged and arrived in absolutely perfect order. Very happy. A high standard of service from a friendly team. I am happy to highly recommend.

Communication could be better. I ordered an item that said had been dispatched but over a week later it hadn't arrived. When I phoned I was told it was out of stock. I then received an email the following day to say it would take up to 60 days to arrive., did I want to cancel or continue. I cancelled the order

I think you should change your delivery service provider!
The service was excellent and dispatched my item the same day, unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver for 10 days, therefore the company refunded my money.

Would buy again.
I purchased something from the shop, and unfortunately i had to return the item, however the price was very good snd competitive, but the thing I liked the most, was there communication...it was first class.....shame bigger business don't operate in the same manner. Well done.
