What a great company - excellent service and communications. Because the lamps I'd ordered were slightly different to those pictured on their website and the last they had in stock, they sent me details of the lamps they had prior to sending to check they suited my requirements - which they did. They were carefully packaged and arrived in absolutely perfect order. Very happy. A high standard of service from a friendly team. I am happy to highly recommend.

Communication could be better. I ordered an item that said had been dispatched but over a week later it hadn't arrived. When I phoned I was told it was out of stock. I then received an email the following day to say it would take up to 60 days to arrive., did I want to cancel or continue. I cancelled the order

Although when I ordered they were out of stock they gave me the option to wait for new stock which was delivered earlier than anticipated. Excellent communication and help - wish every company had service like this.

Slow and poor customer service

Ordered some cable, was not in stock, waited several days to be told this and then several more whilst they went to their supplier. Supplier could not source the cable, waited several more days to be refunded. Slow and poor customer service for an item I never received.
