Wanted replacement handles for the kitchen cupboards & drawers, great choice even though we needed 384mm fixings. Had to ring up as there wasn’t enough stock on-line to fulfil my order - so helpful, they messaged the warehouse and came back to me within a few hours to say they had more stock and if I went back online after 3pm it would showing enough to complete my order. Great quality too.

The clarification as to what was required, ordering, contact re proposed deliver good. However tracking is included in the order but on delivery was missing. Having taken time off to put the sliding wardrobe doors in place, wasted.It took several emails to get the tracking sent and I had to wait a week for the tracking.If it is included then the doors should not have left the factory without it.

When you receive confirmation of the order the email states that the tracking is not for sliding doors, we have a specialised courier that deliver all door orders. They contact customers directly as soon as the order is ready. Our confirmation emails explain the tracking is not available on any door orders.
