There is not a better portable, espresso device on the market than the Handpresso pump. I’ve been using them for years and they are durable, lightweight, very easy to travel with and they always provide an excellent cup of espresso. The maker of this product is highly professional and Handpresso customer service is quick to respond with answers to questions. Though I cannot find a seller of Handpresso products here in the USA, I am more than happy to purchase directly from the manufacturer located in France. Handpresso ships their products very quickly, no problems.

Poor delivery, I paid extra for 3 days delivery, but at the end it takes over a week. Even rose, my Handpresso plus stops working after using it for around 10 times.

Needs very carefully and slowly to fill the
water otherwise the OK green light never comes, for example if overfilled. A little bit hard to close and turn the lid. Otherwise, makes good coffee from
the capsule.

The tank is very small, not much comes out, the coffee is very diluted.
The pump is a bit too hard to function.

Hi,
You bought a spare part for your Pump machine (watertank). The capacity is exactly the same (50ml) as the original Pump.
Maybe your old Pump machine needs some repair if it is too hard to function. Please contact our After Sales Service sav@handpresso.fr
