Bought for mum whose having chemo and has a picc line she has to keep clean and dry. Ordered this item and it was pretty straightforward. Arrived the following day, very happy with that. Works wonderfully, and easy for her to put on by herself. (Slightly irritated that we weren't told sooner that she would get a voucher for a free one from the hospital, so anyone having a picc line for chemo do double check before you purchase one yourselves! ). We have also ordered a picc line sleeve for her to wear to save the line snagging on clothing and in bed, waiting for that to arrive now, but I'm sure that will also be a really good quality item.

Had to order on line as nobody available to take my order. Ordered online it didn’t tell me when it would be delivered. I called and was told Royal Mail tracking wasn’t working. It was delivered through letterbox & postage said first class letter...1 wonder why I paid £2.99 for a letter. Product ok but very boxy at the hand. I will stick with Amazon next time. Cheaper & quicker.

Great product. Arrived quickly and the medium sized fit perfectly. Keeps my cast clean and stops it snagging on clothes and sheets. The colours don't match the website but they are very pretty. Good value for money.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, unfortunately our phones are very busy. You can leave a message on the answerphone, and some will get back to you. We send all products out Royal Mail First Class Large Letter which again doesn’t offer tracking, there are tracked services available.
