This review is based on making my purchase, I haven't had any reason to make a claim on the insurance policy so I can't comment on how good the actual product is that I have taken out. I spoke with two people who were both very informative and helpful with absolutely no pressure to purchase. After getting the information sent through from the first rep I then called back and was able to purchase without any hassle with the rep who took the call. So my 5 stars is for the customer service received on the telephone. As to what could have been better, just that I was going to purchase the insurance directly from the website after receiving an online quote, however when I clicked on Buy Now it just kept looping me round to the same place with no payment option. So maybe a temporary glitch on the site?
