Brilliant customer service to quickly rectify an issue with the online ordering. Product was very well packaged and arrived quickly. Quality of product is excellent, really happy we chose Abstract House and will definitely be using again.

I am really pleased with my new artwork and I cannot fault customer services. It was such a shame that I had to contact them though. The original artwork was damaged and had to be returned. The second artwork had a few issues with the frame but nothing that was too much of a problem. However, the packaging was an issue. Both boxes were open and damaged when they were delivered. The artwork is only covered with brown paper which is not very protective when boxes are being thrown around in a delivery van. I really appreciate that Abstract House are trying to be plastic free but it might be worth considering the three trips made by DPD to my house which did not help with the company's carbon footprint. Despite all of this, I love the artwork that Abstract House offer and I am already researching my next piece. Many thanks also to Will at Customer Services who dealt with and resolved my issues very promptly.
