Very poor communication from them. Asked for additional items to be added to order and received no reply. Had no feedback on length of time my ebike would take to be delivered. Courier did not contact me and 'Track my parcel' app simply showed it in transit. I phoned them (no phone number on their email) and they promised to get driver to contact me 1/2 hour before delivery, as they will not give any indication of delivery time. They did not, so it was a good thing that my doorbell has a camera on it, so I could see them arrive. Ebike assembly instructions were generic, incorrect and did not detail specific parts of the assembly, such as how to get the Shimano Di2 gears to work. Contacted Bikester for assistance and they took over a week to respond. Their advice was to take it to a local bike shop! Bikester seem to think that because they are busy and dealing with coronavirus, that they can forget customer service because of heavy bike sales. My recommendation is - buy elsewhere.

Understandably this does not necessarily remedy your issue. We shall take note of your issue with the Shimano Di2 gear setup and implement a strategy that avoids this issue in the future. Great product, competitive price and exactly what I was looking for. Easy to purchase and delivery was fair (around a week). Used the crank to fix a friends GIANT MTB. The original crank was non-offset and this chain-line matched perfectly, while some other brands did not. The welding and quality of the metal make me question the durability of the component, but time will tell.

Very happy with my bike it’s lovely looking and quite light for a big bike even though I’ve fitted a cargo rack on the front also bought from bikesters i was give all contact details and information on the bike if i needed it but i didn’t have to contact them for anything to me a sign of a good company so very happy with the service and my bike Many thanks bikesters

Change your courier. UPS service is RUBBISH. 12 days after ordering, only found out they won't be delivering for another 4 days. 16 days from ordering and Bikester despatched order within 24 hrs of receipt. Bikester is usually OK and can be trusted (though their web site could supply more details about spares for bikes). BUT WHY does a German company use such a poor courier (UPS) and not DHL (a German company)

couldn't rate my order as I never received it. Placed an order and paid for it and a week later it was canceled with no reason why , tried to contact you but never got an answer as to why it was canceled. Very poor service considering that my first order with you (a new bike ) was very good service

UPS notification of delivery date was in October 2021 and it was dated with a July 2021 date. This is appalling in every respect. All I wanted was the parts to send to my son. SORT IT PLEASE.

Your service was without fault upon ordering. I had a good experience. Namely, finding everything I needed for my trip. I was surprised when I found out that I would need to wait 2weeks for delivery - I just missed that your operation was in Stuttgart. I was reassured about delivery tracking and times being as notified. So, I was happy with this also. What I would say going forwards is that I have yet to recieve a response to my emails regarding the pannier that broke at the beginning of my trip. All because of a little, tiny component that I would like replaced. I have also emailed Red Cycles (the brand of pannier and Rear rack) who haven't replied also. Of course, we are all experiencing unprecedented times and I'm sure that it is just an oversight. Being ingenious as I am = my temporary fix has lasted some few hundreds miles now. I will follow up on y emails and see how we can solve it to everyones satisfaction. I wish you all at Bikester - the very best and healthy years' ahead. Peace and peddling!
