I’ve been using this for years as I’ve found everytime I become stressed I become bloated and develop a new intolerance. I used to cut out what came up on previous tests but it’s always something different and it’s soo useful and helpful to know what it is. I’ve recommended this website to everyone!

Excellent service, quick response, when enquiring about results Maybe inform people that the results may come back in the Spam email. I waited nearly 4 weeks for results, then got in contact, only for to be told your results have probably gone into your spam emails.

The test was delivered very promptly and it was easy to use. The results came very quickly and showed I have a strong intolerance to gluten. I am now changing my diet am hoping it will make a positive difference to my condition.

Very detailed report, easish to understand. I believe it will be helpful in understanding how these foods & other items effect my health,& how to go about making changes if & when I can.

It's a very comprehensive intolerance test that's provided but I do question it's accuracy as I feel I do not have an intolerance to some items mentioned.

The full process (purchase + gets tooling + ship back for test + receiving of final report) is good. Report is well done and clear.

The company needs to be more customer focused. I had a question to ask about my results, so I used the chat line who told me to email info@sensitivitycheck.com. I emailed them and received the same reply with recommendation to email info@sensitivitycheck.com (the same email that I had used). I only received as reply to my question when I asked them to give me an actual answer rather than passing me around in circles. I always thought that allergies developed when in adulthood remained with you for life, so can't understand why some of my allergies developed when I was in my 20s are no longer allergies. It would be better if the company had someone to discuss the results with customers who could make sure there were no queries about the results.

I never received the results. In addition I have not been able to access my account online. I have put in my email address and asked for a new password nothing has happened. There is not one call

First I constantly spoke to their chat line as hadn’t heard from them and when I finally received my test, I personally think it’s the same one they send everyone. It didn’t pinpoint anything and think it was generic to any person!

This did nothing for me, felt quite bogus. I think it just measured what I eat regularly and a lot of. Basically what your system has the most of in it at the time. The allergies that I know that I have did not show up at all.

The items that came up as allergies were suspiciously exactly the same as my sisters. And the things I react to didn't come up as allergies or Intolerances. I feel like this is a scam that I spent alot of money on.

Service was fast but the results were poor. I was expecting a breakdown of the full sensitivity results. No explanations given just a general your sensitive to this Disappointed

Results were nowhere near similar tests I’ve had in the past. I don’t trust the results at all and regret making the purchase.
