Lovely quality clothes. Would like more detail in the description of how the clothes fit, e.g. generous or slim fitting, which would be helpful if between sizes.
I was really looking forward to receiving my new Normad jacket from you.
I had been sent the wrong size which is far too big when I looked to see if I could order the original size it had gone out of stock!!
And I had 20% off so I’ve lost out twice really
So one very unhappy customer 😔
Always great quality clothes, always great service - every time I've used them (even on the odd ocassion there's been a problem e.g. with delivery, availability, or sizing).
