Very prompt delivery and goods in great condition. I am not sure I like the fabric pattern on the dress and may be returning or exchanging it, but the style is lovely. And the tights look very comfortable - not tried them yet.

Quality clothing that is too expensive for me to pay full price, but very happy with the sale price. Always lovely clothes well made, and great colours too

Clothing is good quality although a little pricey , however got items with 25% off so that was good. Also arrived much quicker than expected.

Great Quality and value for money

Really lovely clothing. Made from ethically valued raw materials. Has a nice feel to it. Have bought a couple of tops, trousers and cardigan. I was nervous about washing them initially but did them on cold, gentle cycle and they came out good as new. Didn't even need ironing. They seem to take great care of everything - the packaging was all recyclable and easy to unpack.

I like that they use paper not plastic and biodegradable bags but when we have a lot of rain the outer paper bags do not stand up to the conditions we are experiencing now because of climate change I do think this needs addressing I love the clothing and the help you get from there customer service it is great they deal with the problem quickly.

Super quick delivery

I love the clothes and the fact that it is easy to order and everything arrives fairly quickly and well packed. My last order went to the wrong address but that was entirely my fault for not spotting that it had my sister in law's address as the delivery address. Perhaps some mechanism for alerting the customer to the fact that the delivery address is different from the billing address, and asking them to confirm this, would be useful.
