Amazing Service and Support: re an HP laptop.
Spoke to Sean who provided guidance and help re model, plus info on the backup guarantee options, should this be required.
Purchased online and received the item next day.
Item in perfect condition.
Sean had e-mailed through some helpful set up guidance and tips as well.
The model I chose was significantly less in cost than through a well known retailer, but the additional support and personal advice received was above and beyond usual customer service. What a find.
I would highly recommend this store.

Very pleased.
ex demo, but brand new PC. Also has lots of optional ports added and even the 2.5" tray (another optional extra). Very helpful chat person, and quick delivery. I feel I have been given way beyond what I expected. Very pleased.

Apologies again for the inconvenience Andy, it was an error on our end. We did also try calling you before emailing to explain and apologise but there was no answer and the refund was processed immediately. Unfortunately mistakes do happen from time to time however we will try to prevent things like this from happening again.
