we had initial visit on 1st february parts i presume were ordered that day by very helpful man. A second engineer arrived on 21st February to fix the parts wrong ones had been sent so yet another wait which i am not too pleased about.

I booked my dishwasher repair through Repaircare and was unfortunate to have the job sub contracted to Service and Sales in Bedford, who were a disgrace. The engineers do not read their notes, arrive at the wrong address, if in fact they arrive at all, and the office staff do not know where their engineers are, are unable to contact them or influence their behaviour at all Do NOT use them.

I have a 13year old Whirlpool dishwasher which suddenly stopped working. No power at all. The Repair Care team arrived as arranged, and quickly assessed which part was required. 24 hours later I received a call; the part would be available within 3 days. Arrangements were made for a return visit and I have a fully functioning machine once again. The price was as quoted at my first enquiry.

They cancelled the appointment without telling me, so I stayed in all day for nothing. A useless company which you should avoid at all costs.

Company useless, took my money after I booked an appointment for Friday 15th March. Nobody contacted me about my repair beforehand and then after waiting all day nobody came. I contacted them on Monday 18th asking for a refund, they said that someone would contact me in the next 24 hours...they didn't. Phoned again first thing Wednesday 20th to be told that a refund has been authorised. Useless

Set a time and then outsourced the job to a firm which couldn’t keep it. No sensible explanation or apology. I won’t even try to use them again.

To book this service online was simple enough, in the email of confirmation it said an engineer would contact me before arriving to say what time they would arrive, by 10.30am I’d had no such correspondence and I rang the customer helpline. When a time was finally agreed, engineer arrived @ 7.40pm, he was late, rude, spoke over me, threatened not to fix appliance. I’ve sent an email to you saying

Easy to book online. Engineer called on day booked. Appliance needed parts. Website said return visit would be booked when parts available. Next day it said engineer had called and appliance could not be repaired. No communication from repaircare. Their telephone system is impenetrable and they have not responded to my messages on their website. Shame about the poor communication.

I can recommend this company and was kept informed. As my repair was not as serious as I had reported I was given a partial refund with no quibble. Will use them again.

spent a week waiting to be told that my washing machine repair could be a month waiting for parts, despite being told by manufacturer that parts were in stock. No engineer visited although on track progress it said that a engineer had visited. Frequently asked for a call back but only got one once. I would not recommend this company.

I stayed in all day, took the day off work, he never turned up, cancelled the job the next day with some ridiculous story about a previous call out blatantly lying about what actually happened

Good Morning Mrs King, Following on from our phone call this morning, please accept our sincere apologies for the engineer not attending to your property as arranged. The repair has been transferred to an alternative Service Provider who will be attending to your property 7th February. They will call you on the morning to provide you an am/pm time slot. Unale to repair at first visit. New parts were available within a week and the technician was first class, fixing a coomplicated problem with the minimum of fuss and was complete within the hour.
