Great value and quality product. It was a 205kg roll and only 1 guy on the delivery lorry so I had to give him a hand with it. Not sure what he’d have done it I wasn’t able.

Sent quite clearly the wrong product and wa told it was a batch colour issue. Then never got back to me just offered me a minor discount. Was trying to compare a Mercedes with a fiat but reply was it just a shade batch issue. Poor communication. 1 guy arrived in van no message to say it was on the way and took around 10 days to arrive. And the delivery guy couldn't move it out his van. Can't even be bothered to communicate with me.

Lack of communication & poor customer service
Lack of communication over a week since ordering. Called up for 2nd time only to told it was damaged in transit so new lot to be sent .. no confirmation in delivery date again. Poor service. Did not offer gesture of good will or refund of delivery payment. Wouldn't recommend. Still not received the grass !!
