Great design, quality and perfect fit for the cost with clear and simple instructions.
The only issue I have was the color was supposed to be gloss black. Under close inspection of the front lip, side and rear skirts, the color appears to be dark brown (under 6500k light at twelve inches) and doesn't quite match the true gloss black trim of my 2022 BMW M550i.

2) Si realizan una devolución, como mínimo informarme de dicha acción.
3) Si realizan una devolución sin informarme previamente, como mínimo realizar la devolución COMPLETA. No solo parte de ella.
4) Si existe un problema con el transportista, asumir la responsabilidad vuestra por contratar dicho servicio con esa empresa. Yo no tengo que verme involucrado en la incompetencia de la empresa de mensajería/reparto ni en vuestra incompetencia por trabajar con dicha empresa de reparto poco profesionales.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Avoid
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Not only have I been sold a splitter that is too short and a very cheap quality finish. I have not had no support in returning my money back for a refund. After being stung 90 pound delivery and £75 import tax. I been told I have to also pay another import tax to t return when the delivery company told me it was their responsibility to pay the import tax for retuning. Never using again

I send a email and i got the wrong information.
I didn’t know what to order for my car so i send a email. I got the wrong information because everything that i received didn’t fit. I try to call but they don’t answer. I have tried it 4 times. I don’t know what to do with my stuf. It feels like i trow 600 euros away.
