Order arrived today, but alas wrong item inside. On telephoning to explain my problem and asking for help to rectify my order I was told to send it back and reorder paying again.Not impressed with this lack of care. I now had to drive a round journey of 12 miles to a post office for their mistake hence the reason for this rating.

This order was placed on 19th March. Due to the prolonged delay I telephoned several times to enquire where my goods were. Eventually I was promised that they would be shipped on the 15th May. However, they did not arrive but on checking my account the order had been cancelled without any apology or explanation to myself. Very poor business practice!!!

I ordered a jump suit and belt on 7 May. The belt arrived but no jump suit and when I phoned to enquire about it, was told it had gone out of stock! I had no notification of this and a catalogue I have just received still has it listed.

Can't comment on goods as they haven't arrived (3 weeks later) but communications and so called "customer service" is dreadful. Very unhelpful when called, know nothing about my order and told me I just have to wait (all done in a terse tone of voice) Dont know if the item will show up or not, but I wont be repeating the experience.

I have been waiting the phone for 50mins.to try to clarify my delivery charge that has been added to my bill. I have a voucher for £5 off plus free postage but I have the delivery charge added to my bill. at the top of my order it states that £9.95 has been deducted from the balance then at the end of my order it adds £4.95 for postage. Not very good service - can I have my £4.95 back.

I orderedAlong with another item) a size 16 skirt from Peter Hahn. When it
arrived,while the invoice stated size 16,it was in fact a size 18 and too big.When I phoned I got a very apologetic lady but couldn’t really help.
Peter Hahn cannot collect the parcel and,as I am presently a high risk from
Corona virus, I will be out of pocket for at least another six months, though no fault of my own

Dreadful from beginning to end.
No communication to speak of.
PH found it quite difficult to supply an item that was instock.
They answered my emails about the celivery after a week or so and finally admitted that the article was not there after all.
PH's brochures are impressive but apparently that is where it stops.

I ordered a cashmere scarf on 1st December for which I had an acknowledgment. Why on earth do they accept the order when not in stock.
