Great service! Short deadlines despite my fears due to customs clearance. A reference error (good product but 20 cl bottle instead of 75 cl) immediately taken care of and rectified with a commercial gesture. Bravo to you, I will not hesitate to recommend.
Small downside for the French, exchange rate not necessarily favorable, but not the fault of Vintage Wine and Port.

I like the clear emphasis on all things Douro and the sometimes quirky selection of other wines. Service is prompt and free delivery on £100 is fair. The website looks slightly old fashioned ( I’m personally fine with that) although the search function doesn’t always work perfectly.
